The sliding glass doors open up onto an expansive deck perfect for your morning coffee or afternoon beverage. Further down the deck is a shared gazebo with seating as well. The condo is a short walk to the pier which is close to great shops, entertainment and restaurants.

There is no washer and dryer on the property.
