On the first floor there is one bedroom that has a king bed and private bath. Upstairs, three bedrooms have two queen beds. Bedrooms three and four share a Jack-N-Jill bath. The fifth bedroom upstairs has a king bed with private bath. All bedrooms have a TV.

The dining room table seats ten and there are six stools at the bar for additional seating.

Amenities include private pool approximately 40' x 25', enclosed hot and cold water outside shower, Keurig coffee maker and a regular coffee maker, blender, central heat and air, washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, iron and ironing board, ceiling fans in every room. Smart TVs and Secure Wi-Fi.

This property provides bed linens and sixteen towels and washcloths. The linens will be dropped off by the front door. Upon departure, please put linens back in the bag and put beside front door for pick up.

This house has keyless entry. It is on the corner of West Second Street and Asheville, and it's less than two blocks to the Starboard beach access.


Golf cart outlet is conveniently located on the front right side of the house.

All properties have pillows and bedspreads.
