The first bedroom has a king bed and a full bath with shower only (no tub), the second bedroom has a queen and the third bedroom has a queen and (2) built-in twin beds (see pictures). These two bedrooms are adjoined with a Jack and Jill bathroom with a shower/tub combo. There's also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room for your "drop by" company. The living area is on the second level. The master bedroom is on the second level and has a king size bed and a private full bath with shower only (no tub). There is also a half bath on this level.

Amenities include a 14 x 22 private pool, enclosed hot/cold water outside shower, and elevator to all levels. This property provides YouTubeTV, as well as six Smart TVs for streaming with your accounts, 2 king beds, 2 queen beds, 2 bunk beds, 4 balconies, baby gate on second floor, SECURE WIRELESS INTERNET, central heat and air, iron/ironing board, blender, high efficiency washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, Keurig coffeemaker, regular coffeemaker, as well as a porta-crib and a high chair and baby gate for the young guests.

This property has keyless entry.

This home is situated three doors from the Charlotte Street beach access. There's a golf cart outlet on the ground level on the east side.

Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are provided for each bed to ensure guest comfort and convenience during your stay. Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not provided. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional.
