JANE'S PLACE - 252 West First Street - This second row house features four bedrooms and two bathrooms on one level. Three of the bedrooms have a queen bed in each, and the fourth bedroom has a king. All beds have new mattresses. The bathroom on the east side has a shower only. The bathroom on the west side has a shower/tub combo.

Amenities include enclosed, cold water outside shower, central heat and air, flat screen TV in living room, with Streaming service to be accessed with guest's own account,washer and dryer, dishwasher, iron/ironing board, microwave oven, and secured Wi-Fi. The comfortable harvest table has two benches and two chairs. This house is located two houses from the Starboard beach access approximately 150 feet.

This property has keyless entry.
Please note, there's no outside golf cart outlet on the premises. All our properties have pillows and bedspreads. Sheets, towels, paper and soap products are not provided. ALL OUR RENTALS ARE NON-SMOKING AND PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED.
