There's also a fold-away bed in the closet of the room with two single beds. The dining table seats ten and there are four stools at the kitchen bar for additional seating.
Amenities include elevator, seasonal community pool, cold water outside shower, wet bar, central heat and air, high efficiency washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, DVD player, iron/ironing board, Keurig coffee maker and regular coffee maker, and secure Wi-Fi. Hibachi-style grills and picnic tables are provided for guests' use and are located by the beach access. All Ocean Point condos have private balconies that face the ocean directly and offer an excellent view of the beach. The extra large, wrap around deck in this unit offers spectacular views of the island.

Although this unit rents for partial weeks in the off season, before June 3 and after August 20, there's a two-night minimum stay required. All our properties have pillows and bedspreads. Sheets, towels, paper and soap products are not provided. ALL OUR UNITS ARE NON-SMOKING, AND NO PETS ARE ALLOWED.
