4 Private Drive - This home, in the Summer Place community, has partial ocean view from kitchen and deck, and is the closest house to the Summer Place pool. It features four bedrooms and three and a half baths on two levels. The downstairs bedroom has a king bed, private bath and TV. There's also a half bath on this level. Upstairs, one bedroom has a king bed and TV; there's a hall bath for the use of this room; one bedroom has a queen and TV, and the fourth bedroom has a set of bunk beds with a double on the bottom and a single on top. There's a Jack n Jill style bathroom between these two rooms.

This house has a wide balcony that wraps around the back and side - it directly overlooks the pool and has plenty of beautiful, new lounge seating so you can enjoy a morning coffee or afternoon cocktail while keeping close to your friends and family at the pool.

Amenities include access to the Summer Place community pool, enclosed hot and cold water outside shower, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, Keurig coffee maker, and regular coffee maker, and Wi-Fi. There are five Smart TVs with Streaming service which may be accessed with guest's own account. The dining table seats six, and there are four stools at the bar for additional seating. There's a high chair and booster seat as well as a porta-crib, picnic table, kid utensils and plenty of games for the little guests.

Private Drive is a direct beach access street. This house's porch overlooks the pool and is approximately fifty feet from the pool and approximately 100 feet from the beach access.

*Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are provided for each bed to ensure guest comfort and convenience during your stay. Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not provided. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional.*
