SOUTHERN COMFORT - 6 Oleander Lane - This house in the Island Park community features four bedrooms and two baths on two levels. Downstairs, both bedrooms have a queen bed in each and one bedroom has a TV. Upstairs one bedroom has a king bed and TV and the other has two singles.

Amenities include access to two pools in the Island Park community, enclosed hot and cold water outside shower, central heat and air, dishwasher, microwave oven, Keurig coffeemaker, regular coffeemaker, blender, washer and dryer, iron/ironing board, ceiling fans, TV's including a 50" plasma TV in the living room, and Wi-Fi. This property does not provide cable service, but Streaming service is provided with Firesticks, and guest's own accounts. The dining room table seats six and there are three stools at the kitchen bar for additional seating and a picnic table on the deck.

This property has keyless entry.

This property has a golf cart outlet under the house.

ALL OUR PROPERTIES ARE NON-SMOKING AND NO PETS ARE ALLOWED.

Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are provided for each bed to ensure guest comfort and convenience during your stay. Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not provided. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional.
