Amenities include access to two community pools in the Island Park community, hot and cold water enclosed outside shower, central heat and air, microwave oven, dishwasher, blender, iron/ironing board, high efficiency washer, dryer, ceiling fans, booster seat, and secured Wi-Fi. This property does not provide cable service. A Smart TV provides streaming service with guest's own accounts. The dining room table seats eight, and there are two additional chairs at the bar. Sunbathe or enjoy a drink on the open deck, which features comfortable chaise lounges as well as a patio table and chairs.
This house is located directly across from the beach access and a short walk to the Seabrook & Schooner Street pool.
This house has keyless entry. This property has a golf cart outlet under the house, in the carport area.
*Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are provided for each bed to ensure guest comfort and convenience during your stay. Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not provided. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional.*
