AMENITIES: 14' X 30' PRIVATE POOL The Tiki bar has an outdoor TV. Smart TVs are also in the main areas on both levels. The elevator goes to all floors. The first floor includes an extra treat, a pool table. This is a low allergen environment as neither pets nor smoking is permitted. A high chair and pack n play are available for your convenience when you bring your little ones. There are TVs in every bedroom, den and by the pool. This property does not provide cable service, but all eight TVs are Smart so guests may access Streaming services using their own accounts. There's central heat and air, dishwasher, microwave oven, blender, washer and dryer, iron/ironing board, Keurig coffee maker, regular coffee maker and secure Wi-Fi.

First Floor: The first bedroom has two sets of bunk beds (4 twins). The second bedroom has one queen bed and a roll-out twin trundle bed. The third bedroom has a king bed. The den area on this floor also has a pull-out queen sofa bed.

Second Floor: The fourth bedroom has a king bed and the fifth bedroom has a queen bed.

This is a KEYLESS ENTRY home.

Golf cart outlet is by the pool.

*Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are provided for each bed to ensure guest comfort and convenience during your stay. Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not provided. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional.*
