AMENITIES: 10' X 22' PRIVATE POOL, ELEVATOR GOES TO ALL LEVELS, PRIVATE TIDAL DOCK. TVs in the living area and in every bedroom, central heat and air, dishwasher, microwave oven, blender, washer and dryer, iron/ironing board, Keurig coffee maker, regular coffee maker, Instapot, wet bar with wine fridge, and secure Wi-Fi. All bedrooms have a private bath. This property provides cable service, as well as six Smart TVs to stream using guest's accounts.

First Floor: The kitchen, dining and living area have beautiful views of Jinks Creek and the Intracoastal Waterway. The dining table seats eight and there are four stools at the kitchen bar. The first bedroom has a double and twin bed. The second bedroom has two twin beds.
Second Floor: This floor has three bedrooms. Each bedroom has a king bed. The master bedroom has a beautiful view of Jinks Creek and the Intracoastal Waterway.
This is a KEYLESS ENTRY home.
*Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are provided for each bed to ensure guest comfort and convenience during your stay. Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not provided. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional.*
