THE GRAY DOLPHIN - 119 West First Street - This oceanfront house features five bedrooms and four bathrooms on two levels. Downstairs, there are two bedrooms, one has a king bed, with a private bath/shower only and TV, and the other bedroom has two queens. First level has a bathroom open to hall, with shower only. Upstairs, the first bedroom has a king bed. The second bedroom upstairs has two queen beds with a private bathroom with shower only. The third bedroom upstairs has two queens. The bedroom with the king and the one with the two queens share the hall bath, which has a tub/shower combo. There's also a futon in the loft area for your "drop by" company and TV. The dining room table seats ten, and there are five stools at the kitchen bar for additional seating.

Amenities include 15 X 36 PRIVATE POOL, enclosed outside shower, open shower on walkway, gazebo on the dunes, central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven and secure Wi-Fi. Streaming service on the living room Smart TV may be accessed with guest's own account.

This property has keyless entry.

There's a golf cart outlet by the pool area.

*Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are provided for each bed to ensure guest comfort and convenience during your stay. Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not provided.
