Upstairs, the oceanfront bedroom has a king bed, a TV and a great view of the ocean; the two street side bedrooms have two queen beds in each. There's also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room for your "drop by" company. All bedrooms have private baths. The dining room table seats six, and there are seven stools at the kitchen bar for additional seating. This property does not provide cable service, but there are three Smart TVs which provide Streaming which may be accessed with guest's own account.
Amenities include access to Summer Place pool, which is about 250' from the house, enclosed outside shower, central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven,, iron/ironing board,, and Wi-Fi.
