Amenities include three seasonal community pools, two on the premises, and one on the oceanfront, private beach access, parking underneath each unit, tennis courts, cold water outside shower, central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, iron/ironing board and secured WiFi. This condo provides cable service through Direct TV as well as 3 Smart TVs with Streaming that may be accessed with guest's own account. The community dock and pier is tide dependent, so be sure to pick up a tide chart while you're on the island. The deck overlooks the lagoon. This complex is located just off Starboard Street, and it's about a block and a half from the beach access. This property does not have keyless entry. You will be notified when the property is ready, and you will need to stop by our office to pick up your rental packet. All of our properties have pillows and bedspreads, but sheets, towels, paper and soap products are not provided. ALL OUR UNITS ARE NON-SMOKING, AND NO PETS ARE ALLOWED.
