The second bedroom has two queen beds. There is a half bath off the living area.
Upstairs has three bedrooms. Bedroom three has a king bed and access to oceanfront deck. Bedroom four has a king. Bedroom five has eight suspended twin beds and a queen bed. All bedrooms have a private bath. There is also a half bath on the ground level.

Amenities include 24' X 15' private pool, Tiki wet bar with bar stools, new spacious dock, enclosed hot and cold water outside shower, ceiling fans, central heat and air, icemaker, high efficiency washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, blender, Keurig coffee maker, regular coffee maker, highchair and secure Wi-Fi. Streaming only TV. Guests must log in using their streaming account. The private dock is tide dependent, so be sure to pick up a tide chart while you're on the island.

This property has keyless entry.

The golf cart charging outlet is located in the parking area across the street from the home near the dock. No charging of electric bikes, golf carts, or automobiles are allowed from the home.

All properties have pillows and bedspreads or comforters. The linen package includes bed linens and 20 towels and washcloths. The linens will be dropped off by the front door. Upon departure, please put linens back in the bag and leave outside, ground level entrance door for pick up. Linen service and cleaning are not optional.

Beach towels, paper and soap products are not provided.
