Both bedrooms and living room have Smart TVs. (Apps to be accessed with guest's login information).

Amenities include seasonal community pool, outside cold water shower, central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, blender, and secure Wi-FI. The private balcony offers a beautiful view of the ocean. There are Hibachi grills on the premises, next to the pool.
This condo has keyless entry.

All our properties have pillows and bedspreads, but sheets, towels, paper and soap products are not provided. ALL UNITS ARE NON-SMOKING, AND NO PETS ARE ALLOWED.

GOLF CARTS ARE NOT ALLOWED AT THE COMPLEX.
