The other downstairs bedroom includes a queen and a pyramid bunk with a double on the bottom and a single on top and TV. The second bathroom on the lower level includes a tub and shower open to the hallway. The second bedroom upstairs has a queen bed and the third bedroom upstairs has two twins. The second bathroom upstairs includes a tub and shower, which opens to the hallway.

Amenities include new private floating boat dock (boat lift is not included in rental), fish cleaning station, outside shower, central heat and air, dishwasher, washer and dryer, iron/ironingboard, fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, Keurig coffee maker and regular coffee maker, microwave oven, highchair, ceiling fans, cable TV in living room, and Roku Streaming in bedrooms, DVD player, and secured high speed Wi-Fi. The dining room table seats eight and there are also three stools at the bar for additional seating. The comfortable canal side decks will invite you to sit and have your morning coffee.

This property has keyless entry.

The golf cart outlet is in carport. All our properties have pillows and bedspreads, but sheets, towels, paper and soap products are not provided. ALL OUR UNITS ARE NON-SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED.
