Amenities include private floating boat dock, gazebo by the canal. fenced yard, picnic area by the canal dock, outside shower, central heat and air, dishwasher, high efficiency washer and dryer, iron/ironing board, microwave oven, additional den upstairs with sitting area and TV, DVD player, and secured Wi-Fi. The dining room table seats four and there are also two stools at the bar for additional seating. The comfortable canal side decks will invite you to sit and have your morning coffee while watching the boats go by on the Intracoastal Waterway. There's also a great view of the Odell Williamson Bridge.
