This house features four bedrooms and four baths on two levels, and is located on a natural canal by the Intracoastal Waterway. Downstairs, one bedroom has a queen bed and a flat-screen TV, and this bedroom has a private bath with a tub/shower combo. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a private bath with shower only. Upstairs, one bedroom has a queen bed and one has two singles. Both bedrooms have private baths with shower only (no tubs).
Amenities include private floating boat dock, gazebo by the canal. fenced yard, picnic area by the canal dock, outside shower, central heat and air, dishwasher, high efficiency washer and dryer, iron/ironing board, microwave, additional den upstairs with sitting area and flat-screen TV, DVD player, and secured Wi-Fi. The dining room table seats four and there are also two stools at the bar for additional seating. The living room has a flat-screen TV. The comfortable canal side decks will invite you to sit and have your morning coffee while watching the boats go by on the Intracoastal Waterway. There's also a great view of the Odell Williamson Bridge.
