DESCRIPTION
Amenities include hot and cold enclosed outside shower, central heat and air, dishwasher, high efficiency washer and dryer in laundry area adjacent to front door, (key in a kitchen drawer), microwave oven, blender, Keurig and regular coffee maker, iron/ironing board, ceiling fans and Wi-Fi. The dining room table seats six. as well as four stools at the bar for additional seating. The covered and open canal side porches invite you to sit outside and enjoy the view of the passing boats in the shade, or sunbathe. There's a boat dock if you want to bring your boat, or just sit and fish. The yard is fenced in for your peace of mind if you have little ones. This house is located on a direct beach access street, approximately 400' from the ocean. There's a gas grill on the premisses, and guests are welcome to use it, however, guest will be responsible for propane.
This house has keyless entry.
This house rents on a weekly basis only. There is a golf cart charger outlet under house parking area .
*Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are provided for each bed to ensure guest comfort and convenience during your stay. Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not provided. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional.*
