BEACH VILLAS - 101 West First Street Unit B4- This second floor oceanfront condo features three bedrooms and two baths on one level. Two of the bedrooms have a queen bed in each and one has a TV; the third bedroom has two singles. The dining table seats six and there are two stools at the kitchen bar for additional seating.

Amenities include seasonal community pool, outside shower, central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, iron/ironing board, blender, ceiling fans, and secured Wi-Fi. The private balcony offers a beautiful view of the ocean. There are Hibachi grills on the premises, next to the pool.
This property does not have keyless entry. You will be notified when the property is ready, and you will need to stop by our office to pick up your rental packet.
All properties have pillows and bedspreads, but sheets, towels, paper and soap products are not provided. ALL OUR UNITS ARE NON-SMOKING, AND NO PETS ARE ALLOWED.

Golf carts are not allowed on this property.
