14 Concord Street - This concrete canal house features four bedrooms and two baths, on one level, plus an additional half bath on the ground level. One bedroom has a king bed, one bedroom has a king bed and TV, one bedroom has a queen, and one has two double beds and a TV. The two bathrooms are Jack and Jill style.
Amenities include enclosed outside shower, screened porch, central heat and air, dishwasher, washer and dryer, microwave oven, DVD player, iron/ironing board, large stock pot, single serve Keurig, and regular coffee maker, and secured Wi-Fi. The washer and dryer are located in the ground level laundry area. The kitchen has a harvest table with benches, and there are also two chairs at the bar for additional seating. There's a boat dock if you want to bring your boat, or just sit and fish. This house is located on a beach access street, a short distance from the ocean.
This house has keyless entry.
This house rents on a weekly basis only. The golf cart outlet is under the house. All our properties have pillows and bedspreads. but sheets, towels, paper and soap products are not provided. ALL OUR UNITS ARE NON-SMOKING, AND NO PETS ARE ALLOWED.
