The second bedroom upstairs has a queen bed and a twin bed, and a private bath with shower. The dining room table seats up to 10, and there are 4 stools at the kitchen island for additional seating. ALL NEW STAINLESS KITCHEN APPLIANCES.
Amenities include owner provided keyless entry, a sundeck with partial ocean views, access to the SUMMER PLACE COMMUNITY POOL, screened in porch, enclosed outside shower, central heat and air, ceiling fans in all rooms, secure Wi-Fi, 4 Smart TVs, washer/dryer, iron/ironing board, dishwasher, microwave oven, blender, food processor, Keurig coffeemaker, and regular coffeemaker, toaster and waffle maker. This property rents on a three-night basis - before May 23 and after September 26. All other rental dates are weekly only. This house has an owner-provided keyless entry. You will be given the code on arrival day, as soon as the property is ready. All properties have pillows and bedspreads. Sheets, towels, paper and soap products are not provided.
