On the main level there are three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have a queen in each and the third has two singles. These bedrooms all have flat-screen TV's. The ground level entrances are under the covered parking area, and there is an elevator connecting ground and main levels. The dining room table seats ten, and there are three stools at the kitchen bar for additional seating. There's also a game table with four chairs. This table comfortably seats four, for eating as well as games. Main level has large living area with TV and DVD, fully equipped kitchen and dining area, all with ocean view. The main level has a half bath just off the living area. All bedrooms have flat-screened TVs, most with DVDs. Amenities include elevator, enclosed hot and cold water outside shower, central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, DVD player, iron/ironing board, blender, ceiling fans, and secured Wi-Fi. The comfortable rockers and chaise lounges on the ocean side porch invite you to sit and enjoy the ocean breezes. This house has handicap access, but please note that the bathroom doors on the main level have a 24" opening, and the bathroom on the ground level has a 28" opening. There's no outside golf cart outlet. All our properties have pillows and bedspreads, but sheets, towels, paper and soap products are not provided. ALL OUR RENTALS ARE NON-SMOKING AND NO PETS ARE ALLOWED.
