WISHING WHALE - 197 East First Street - This second row house features five bedrooms and five and a half baths on two levels, and it's conveniently built on a reverse floor plan for maximum ocean views from the main living area upstairs. On the first floor, one bedroom has a king bed and TV, one has a queen, one has two double beds, and the fourth has two sets of bunk beds. This level also has a sitting room with a queen sleeper sofa and TV. Upstairs, there's the kitchen, dining room and main living room, along with the master bedroom with a king bed and TV. The dining room table seats ten, and there are six stools at the bar for additional seating.

Amenities include a state of the art elevator to all floors, private pool now with available heating for an extra charge (must have seven days notice and must be paid in advance), enclosed hot and cold outside shower, central heat and air, hi- efficiency washer, dryer, new dishwasher, microwave oven, iron/ironing board, ceiling fans, a 52" HD TV in living room, and secure Wi-Fi. This property does not provide cable service, but there are five Smart TVs with Streaming that may be accessed with guest's own accounts. The gourmet kitchen has top of the line stainless steel appliances, convection oven, and granite countertops. All bedding is Serta Perfect Sleeper with Euro-top mattresses. There are two covered decks Trex decking. The street side deck invites you to sit and enjoy the ocean views. This house is located almost directly across from the Leland Street beach access.

This house has keyless entry.

*Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are provided for each bed to ensure guest comfort and convenience during your stay. Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not provided. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional.*
