54 Private Drive - Located in Summer Place. The community pool and beach access are just a short walk.
Downstairs: The first bedroom has a king bed with a private bathroom. The second and third bedrooms have two doubles in each bedroom and private baths.
Upstairs: The first bedroom has a king bed with private bath. Two of the bedrooms have two queen beds in each with private bath. The fourth bedroom upstairs has one double bed.

Amenities include new appliances, fully stocked kitchen, regular coffee maker, two Keurig coffee makers, high efficiency washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, blender, iron/ironing board, ceiling fans, Hi Speed Wi-Fi and gas grill. Smart TV in every bedroom and the living area, Disney+, log in through "54 Private" profile.
This property provides bed linens and twenty-two bath towels and washcloths. Also provided are eleven hand towels. The beds will be made with linens ready for you upon arrival.

This property does not have keyless entry. You will be notified as soon as the property is ready, and you'll need to stop by our office to pick up your rental packet.


All properties have pillows and comforters or bedspreads.
