Take your beach house experience to a new level in this remarkable oceanfront three-story home.  It has 10 bedrooms, 8 full baths, and 2 half baths to accommodate 39 guests comfortably.  Every bedroom and all common areas have large Smart TVs.  Highlights among the extensive list of amenities include a heated pool with spa for a fee; hot/cold outdoor shower; outdoor kitchen and two gas grills with cast iron griddle pan inserts; a boiler pot for your fish fry, or low-country boil.  Inside, you will find premium appliances in the main kitchen; Sonos surround sound in dual living room areas; 2 PlayStation 5 gaming systems (one in twin bunk room, one in den); beverage station; two laundry areas; covered porches and oceanfront decks; and ceiling fans throughout.  The elevator is ADA compliant and there are 2 handicap-accessible bedrooms and bathrooms.  On-site parking for 8 cars.  Enjoy Islander Resort privileges two doors away.  For event-related stays, the event capacity is 75 with a separate service charge (please inquire before booking).   Please Note:  Renters must be 25 years old.  Advance notice is needed for pool & spa heat (fee required).  Smoking is not permitted in or around the property.

First Floor Configuration:
Oceanfront living area:  professional kitchen with premium equipment including two refrigerators, one full-size freezer, two sinks, two ovens, a 6-burner stove, and pantry; beverage station with an ice maker, 2 coffee makers, 1 Keurig; living room with 75" Smart TV and Sonos; board games.  A large sliding door opens up on the expansive furnished oceanfront deck.  There is a half bath on this floor and a laundry room.

Room 2:  2 Bunk beds (twin over twin both sets); shared bathroom with room 1; gaming system
Room 3:  1 Bunk bed (3 stacked twins) + 2 Queens; ensuite with tub/shower and double sinks; streetside covered porch

Oceanfront family room with 75" Smart TV and Sonos; board games; oceanfront covered porch

Room 4:  1 Queen; ensuite with tile shower and double sinks; streetside covered porch
Room 5:  2 Bunk beds (Queen over Queen); ensuite with tub/shower and double sinks; gaming system; streetside covered porch

Primary retreat with oceanfront sitting room, beverage station, half bath, linen closet, laundry closet

Bedroom 10:  Oceanfront 1 King bed; ensuite with walk-in shower; separate soaking tub, double sinks; walk-in closet; oceanfront covered balcony.
