Flamingo Hilton offers an open concept living, kitchen, and dining area, perfect for playing games or a movie night in with the entire family. The kitchen is fully equipped with all of the necessary cooking essentials one might need. The inviting coastal decor reminds you that you are at beautiful Sunset Beach, while always giving you a "just like home" cozy feeling. Smart TVs available for guest to log in to their preferred streaming apps. Maximum one dog allowed for $300 non-refundable pet fee. This property does not accommodate golf carts.

Winter Rental Rates 2025/2026
$4,000 per month- you must call our office at (910)579-6500 to inquire. Rates are subject to change.
Monthly rentals offered January 2026- March 2026. The month of October 2025 owner must approve rate.

Linens not provided for monthly rentals.
No Pets

Additional Program Fees:
$150.00 Reservation fee.
$45.00 Background check processing fee.
$500 Security Deposit required for stays less than 60 days. $4,000 Security Deposit required for stays greater than 60 days.
$275 Departure cleaning fee.
