The condo has cozy furniture throughout and comfy bedding!  Central heat & air offers comfort year-round and there is a laundry area with a washer/dryer. The floor plan is open and spacious with adjoining kitchen, dining and living areas. The main area of the condo has sliding glass doors that open to a screened porch - the perfect place to unwind after a day of golf/beach activity. The kitchen features a raised bar for additional dining space (bar stool seating for 2) and a dining area with four chairs and a table.  The kitchen area is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, full-size refrigerator and range. Complimentary linens, towels and departure cleaning service are included. Dogs are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee per dog and a 2-dog limit.  The community has paths perfect for walking your dog throughout the surrounding residential areas.
