DESCRIPTION
This inviting condo is located in Starboard By The Sea, a mid-island condo community. This second floor condo is located on the west end of the island and is just a short, one block walk to the public beach access with ramp access. Enjoy fun in the sun on the beach or sun bathe around one of the 3 community pools or enjoy our round of tennis at our private tennis / pick ball courts. Relax on your private deck watching the wildlife around the lagoon.
There is a strict policy that no more than 2 cars are to be parked in your designated spot at any given time. There is additional parking within the complex. This is a second floor unit. Dropcords are prohibited.
