All Ashore offers 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, with the King master bedroom and en suite situated on the main living level. The main living floor also houses a cozy covered porch with rocking chairs, perfect to take an afternoon moment to just relax. The 2nd King bedroom is located on the main living level as well. The second floor boasts 2 Queen bedrooms, one with a private covered porch. The 2nd floor has a full bathroom with ample counter space. Gather the family to enjoy game nights in around the 2nd floor living room that has a TV and minifridge/bar area. The extremely inviting outdoor space includes a fenced in back yard, furniture for lounging by the pool, and an outdoor enclosed shower.  The covered sitting area is the perfect location to enjoy an afternoon cocktail while grilling out. At night, the home exudes warmth from the outdoor lighting that all porches are adorned with.  Located just a brief 3-minute stroll to public beach access, this home is your next destination for your dream beach vacation! All bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs for guest to logon to their private streaming accounts. Golf cart charging available. Requested use of elevator requires a $200 refundable deposit. Linens included. Please note, gas fireplace is on only for owner or off-season winter rentals.
