Other amenities include: Hardwood floors granite counter tops, well-stocked cooking utensils and dinnerware 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, color cable TVs, WiFi , DVD, washer/dryer, and an outside shower. 1 King, 2 Queen, 2 Queen, 2 Queen, 1 Queen, 1 Queen, 2 Bunks with Queen Sleeper/Sofa in living area if needed. 5 bedrooms and 5 baths are on the 1st floor. The 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor share a bath. There is also a 1/2 bath on 2nd floor. Up to 9-10 parking spaces. NO smoking. NO pets. Owner provides gas for grill. 3 night minimum during off season.
Owner does not allow the charging of lithium batteries for scooters/golf carts/etc.
