The 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor share a bath. There is also a 1/2 bath on 2nd floor. Up to 9-10 parking spaces. NO smoking. NO pets. Owner provides gas for grill. 3 night minimum during off season. Owner does not allow the charging of lithium batteries for scooters/golf carts/etc.
