The Cozy Cottage host 4 beds, 3 full baths, and displays the owner's eye for impeccable coastal design. The inviting entry allows one to flow with ease through the open concept living, dining, and kitchen space. You can enjoy bird watching and beautiful sunsets from the crow's nest, all-season room, or back deck. The spacious front porch is the perfect location for an afternoon cocktail or morning coffee. The opportunities for leisure time are endless. There are also ample outdoor activities for the whole family to enjoy with a guest game room that includes darts, Foosball, bikes, paddle boards, kayaks and beach chairs for lounging. Life jackets of all sizes available on site. Once you stay at the Cozy Cottage, you'll want to make it your family's yearly Sunset Beach destination!  Linens included. Boat parking and dock usage allowed at no liability to owners, tenants may use at their own discretion.
