Settle into the comfort of this amazing resort retreat!  This condo is a 3 bedroom/2 bath floor plan on second level and offers amenities to make your vacation a refreshing experience.  Coastal neutral and nautical hues make up the decor throughout.  The common area is vast with adjoining kitchen. living and dining areas perfect for socializing with family and friends while preparing for a day of fun in the sun on the beach or a local golf course.  The living area has cozy furnishings, large overhead ceiling fan, sleeper sofa and a Smart TV (guests must use own streaming accounts).  French doors open off the living area to a balcony overlooking the courtyard.  This is the perfect spot to take in the coastal breeze and unwind.  The kitchen has abundant cabinet space and is fully equipped with cookware and serve ware making meal prep a breeze.  A raised kitchen counter bar has seating for four and an adjacent dining table seats six.  The building elevator assists with transporting groceries, luggage or golf bags to the second level.  The refreshing indoor/outdoor pools invite you to take a dip, read a book or simply sunbathe.  The indoor pool area has a hot tub and exercise room. 

There are 3 bedrooms all with cozy bedding, ceiling fans and smart televisions (guests must use own streaming accounts).  The back master bedroom has a Queen bed/Day Bed and private full bath.  It has cable television and a view of the courtyard.  The front master bedroom has a King bed, shared hall bath and a smart television for streaming.  A third bedroom has 2 twin beds, shared hall bath and a smart television for streaming.  The condo has a laundry area with a full-sized washer and dryer.

Sunset Beach is only 3 miles away and is well-known for wide open beach with soft sand and the Kindred Spirits Mailbox on Bird Island.  Take a short walk from the west end of the island to the Kindred Spirits Mailbox and share your thoughts in the mailbox journal.  Breathtaking sunsets and undeveloped open beach make for a memorable walk on the island's west end!
