DESCRIPTION
Welcome to Second Wind. This beautiful and cozy decorated oceanfront rental home has all the gracious appointments of a resort property within a private home. On the ground level you will find a Tiki bar and private pool that can be heated for $100/day anytime time of year. Pool heat must be requested three days prior to guests' arrival or there will be an additional service charge. An oceanfront gazebo with seating along with a private wooden walkway to the beach makes accessing the beach strand a breeze. Enjoy the afternoons or early mornings relaxing while watching the waves crash ashore on one of the oceanfront decks all while enjoying a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. As an added bonus and convenience this home offers an elevator that accesses all levels and makes the dauting task of unloading and loading your vehicles a snap. The center of the island that features all entertainment and restaurants are within walking distance which makes Second Wind a very desired rental home. Please note this is a blue ribbon property which means upon arrival all beds are made with the sheets and a set of towels are provided for each number of occupants the home sleeps. No beach towels or kitchen towels are provided so please plan accordingly. All TV's are smart TV's and offer streaming. To watch TV guests have several options. Guests must sign into their own personal streaming accounts, watch the Live TV option, or click on the Spectrum app for cable TV. This is a non-smoking and non- pet friendly home and no charcoal grill allowed.
