DESCRIPTION
The Hyatt house is well loved and maintained canal home that comes with a private boat dock and easy access to the Intracoastal Waterway. It has a large living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen and hardwood floors. A Flat panel TV with a DVD player is in the living room. There are ceiling fans through out the home, wireless internet access is available, a land line telephone with domestic long distance services, a large covered back deck with sundecks as well. Other amenities include, a washer and dryer in the ground level closet, charcoal grill and a hot and cold water outside shower. Beach access is a quick stroll to the end of Monroe St. You will also find the OIB Community Center Building there as well. This is a non-smoking home and allows no pets.
