Inside, gather everyone around the dining table, which comfortably seats eight, with additional seating available at the breakfast bar for easy, shared meals.  On the first floor, two cozy, carpeted bedrooms share a full bath, offering comfort and convenience. Upstairs, you’ll find two generously sized en suite primary bedrooms, one of which features a private covered deck—an ideal place to soak in refreshing ocean breezes and stunning sunset views. Summer Place offers a community pool and is situated directly across from beach access.  Pool is open up to Memorial Day at which time it is open every day from 9am to dusk.  **Bring your own linens and towels for your stay**
