Bermuda Trace

Bermuda Trace is a pet friendly property. Up to do 2 dogs are allowed with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per dog.  Sit and relax in the oceanfront gazebo watching the waves crash in. The pool is shared with your neighbor of the other side of the duplex. There is plenty of room for all to have some fun!   

Ground Level:

• Parking spots for up to six vehicles
• Shared Pool with pool furniture
• Enclosed outdoor shower

First Floor:
Living and Dining area:

• Chair
• Mounted flat screen TV, and DVD player

Bedrooms and Bathrooms:

• Street side bedroom with two queen beds, ceiling fan, and private bathroom
• Street side bedroom with two queen beds, ceiling fan, and private bathroom
• Bathroom off of kitchen area
• Shared full bathroom with standup shower

Second Floor:

• Street side bedroom with two queen beds, and bathroom with standup shower
• Ocean front bedroom with king bed, patio access, and private bathroom
• Ocean front bedroom with king bed, TV, VHS player, patio access, and private bathroom
• Ocean front deck with rocking chairs
