DESCRIPTION
This unique spacious home is well equipped for entertaining and relaxing while visiting Ocean Isle Beach. The split level living room and kitchen is perfect for large family gatherings, with great updates to include all new stainless steel appliances, a 12 cup drip coffee maker, blender, and microwave. The living room is set up for the whole family to watch the 65 inch TV with surround sound, wireless internet, and basic cable. The washer and dryer are located off the kitchen on the second floor. There are double porches furnished with patio furniture. The outside side shower has hot and cold water. The 12X24 private pool can be heated October through May for $100.00 a day for the duration of the reservation. Your dog is welcome with an additional non-refundable pet fee of $150.00. Beach access directly across the street.
