Added perks of this coastal condo include a private washer/dryer, complimentary WiFi with streaming services on the smart TVs, as well as access to a large community pool, (open from April thru October), outdoor grilling areas, and an outdoor shower. This unit overlooks the shared community pool. EVs are not permitted to park under the building and charging is not permitted. ASSOCIATION DOES NOT ALLOW GOLF CARTS, BOATS, JET SKIS OR TRAILERS.
