No need to pack much when you're coming here! This condo features, baby furniture, iron, ironing board, crockpot, popcorn popper, steamer, boogie boards, noodles, and a DVD/VHS library. All the comforts of home. It's a great two-bedroom oceanfront condo. Feel the breeze at a Place at the Beach. Amenities include an oceanfront balcony with ocean views, a community pool that is open year-round and coin-operated laundry on-premises in pool house. Bed linens and bath towels are provided, and beds are made upon arrival. The property has pillows and bed covers. Please note that dish towels and beach towels are not included. Paper goods and soaps for your entire stay are not included. A starter supply is provided.  Parking is strictly enforced and is limited to 1 vehicle ONLY. A parking pass is required and must be displayed in the dashboard of every vehicle. All guests must obey these rules.  Any violations and vehicle will be towed at owner's expense. ASSOCIATION DOES NOT ALLOW GOLF CARTS, BOATS, JET SKIS OR TRAILERS
