The living room area features an open floor plan with adjoining kitchen, dining and living areas. The living room has a 52" large screen smart television and DVD for entertainment enjoyment. There are two front bedrooms with 1 queen in one bedroom and two twins in the other bedroom.  The back bedroom has one queen bed and a smart television (Roku) and features a view of the pool/courtyard area. The condo has a spacious floor plan and features comfy and elegant coastal themed decor.  The common area has french doors that open to a balcony to enjoy the outdoors with views of the pool and interior courtyard..  Every room has ceiling fans for ultimate comfort in every area of the condo.  The kitchen area is fully-equipped with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, full-size refrigerator and range. There is a large round table in the dining area with seating for six and additional seating available at the raised kitchen bar counter.  Complimentary linens, towels and departure cleaning service are included for your convenience. The Colony II community has an indoor pool /hot tub with exercise room and outdoor pool along with an interior courtyard with grilling/picnic areas.

Note:  The community HOA does not allow any type of trailers to be parked on-site
