Enjoy a private oceanfront beach club and beach access, shared elevator access to the unit, covered parking, and lots of extras. There is easy access to the beach from this second-row condo, with ocean views from the porch, and living and kitchen area windows. It's a very short stroll to sunbathing & surfing the fabulous Atlantic Ocean. Golf carts are allowed but limited to one golf cart per unit. There is a new dedicated electrical outlet for golf cart charging underneath in the parking area. No drop cords are allowed to charge the golf carts only the charging cord provided by the golf cart rental company. Charger must be plugged into the electrical outlet. No charging of electric vehicles allowed  New for 2026: stainless steel glass top stove, flat screen smart TV's throughout. To watch TV guests must login with their own streaming accounts. No cable TV is provided.

• Bedroom facing street on left with 1 king bed, ceiling fan, wall AC/heat unit, small microwave, small under counter ice maker, private bath with tub/shower combo
• Bedroom on right with 2 doubles, ceiling fan, wall mounted flat screen smart TV, shared bath with hallway with stand up shower

       Amenities: access to oceanfront pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, tiki bar at the oceanfront restaurant Le Volte during the season (Pool area only available May- Memorial day Weekend through September- Labor day )
