The lower level front bedroom has two queen beds,a kitchenette area with microwave & coffee maker and private bath. The common area has a large open living/kitchen/dining area. The kitchen is fully-equipped with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, full-size refrigerator and range. Complimentary linens, towels and departure cleaning service for your convenience.  

IMPORTANT NOTE: The Village Activity Center recreational facility with indoor/outdoor pools is closed for renovations until further notice, Thank you for your understanding!
(Pools currently CLOSED for renovations)

Note:  The community HOA does not allow any type of trailers to be parked on-site
           Ponds in the community contain alligators - Feeding alligators is prohibited and may be subject to a fine - Do not walk pets close to pond edges
