The master bedroom is equipped with 2 Queen beds and the master bath has a walk-in shower.  The front bedroom has 2 Queen beds and private bath with tub/shower enclosure. The front bedroom also has a private screened porch area with sliding glass door access. The condo has central heat & air along with a large ceiling fan in the central area for comfort in every season. A front laundry room has a full-sized washer and dryer available for guest use. The community grounds have an outdoor pool, charcoal grills and tennis courts with basketball goal on site. Complimentary linens, towels and departure cleaning service are provided for every rental.  Sunset Beach is only a 3-mile drive away and is an unspoiled barrier island with soft sand and breathtaking sunrises and sunsets.  Reserve this condo for the perfect golf and beach getaway!
