This non-smoking condo is within the lovely Sandpiper Bay community featuring privacy and views of the interior lake and fountain.  The condo is on 2nd level and located just across the street from the main pool/tennis courts and one of the numerous grilling areas within the complex.  The floor plan has two bedrooms (2 queen & 2 double beds), two full baths, a large common area and includes complimentary WIFI and smart TVs for streaming - Guests must use own accounts.  The spacious common area has an open floor plan with adjoining kitchen, dining and living areas.  The living room features a large Smart TV/DVD player and ceiling fan for ultimate entertainment and comfort.  The main area of the condo has sliding glass doors that open to a screened porch to enjoy the coastal wildlife and numerous sea birds that visit the complex lake. The screened porch has an overhead fan to circulate the air for a refreshing breeze. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, full-size refrigerator and range. A laundry area is located just off the kitchen with full-sized washer/dryer.  Next to the kitchen is a dining area with seating for four people along with a raised counter bar with additional seating.  The front bedroom is next to the condo entry and adjacent to a full bath in the entry hall. The master bedroom is just off the common area and has a private entrance to the screened deck area.  There is a private bath next to the master bedroom area. The condo has central heating/air for year-round comfort.  Community pools (2 pools), hot tubs, charcoal grills and tennis courts on site. Complimentary linens, towels and departure maid service included.
