Each bedroom has closet space and the second bedroom has a Roku smart TV and adjoining screened porch area. The living room has cozy furnishings and a 50" large smart TV (Guests must use own streaming accounts) for entertainment after a day on the course, at the pool or on the beach. The kitchen area is equipped with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, full-sized refrigerator and range.  The adjacent dining area has a table with seating for four and the raised kitchen bar counter has additional seating for three. The condo grounds have a pool, charcoal grills & picnic area, tennis courts with basketball goal for outdoor activities.  Linens, bath towels and departure cleaning service are included for every rental.
