The kitchen is fully-equipped and an adjacent dining area has a table with seating for four with additional seating at the raised kitchen bar for four. The kitchen has been completely renovated with new cabinetry, granite counters/dining bar with 4 bar stools & all new appliances.  Each bedroom has two double beds with new soft bedding, TV in master bedroom (streaming only) and adjoining full baths. The front bedroom also features a private screened porch accessible only from this bedroom.  The master bedroom has a door to access the back deck as well as a walk-through closet which adjoins the bath.  A laundry room located by the front entry hall has a full-sized washer/dryer for guest use.  The community has an outdoor pool, charcoal grills & picnic area, tennis courts with basketball goal for outdoor guest activities.  The community is directly located on Oyster Bay Golf Links along the 2nd hole and is a short drive to Sunset Beach which is a scenic barrier island beach with high dunes and soft white sand.
