The front bedroom also features a private screened porch accessible only from this bedroom.  The master bedroom has a door to access the back deck as well as a walk-through closet which adjoins to the bath.  A laundry room located by the front entry hall has a full-sized washer/dryer for guest use.  The community has an outdoor pool, charcoal grills & picnic area, tennis courts with basketball goal for outdoor guest activities.  The community is directly located on Oyster Bay Golf Links along the 2nd hole and is a short drive to Sunset Beach which is a scenic barrier island beach with high dunes and soft white sand.
