The expansive sundeck has new Pollywood table, chairs and lounge chair and umbrella, displays the very best ocean and sunset views on the island. Bed linens and bath towels are provided, and beds are made upon arrival. The property has pillows and bed covers. Please note that dish towels and beach towels are not included. Paper goods and soaps for your entire stay are not included. A starter supply is provided. 
Golf Carts are NOT permitted at this complex. 
NO SMOKING IN OR ON PROPERTY not even on the decks or under unit in the parking garage.
