But with private beach access, a 36-foot custom pool, and outdoor gathering areas shaded by upper decks, you may never want to leave.

Inside, Magnolia Cay delivers comfort across all three levels. Each floor offers its own living space—from a game room with pool table and wet bar on the lower level, to a quieter den with deck access on the second, and a light-filled top-floor great room with vaulted ceilings and panoramic ocean views. A central kitchen anchors the third level, complete with double refrigerators, dual ovens, two dishwashers, and enough space for shared meals and celebrations.

Additional Amenity Details: Private Pools are open starting the first weekend in May through the second weekend in October. Pool heat is an available option at this property, for a fee of $400 plus tax. Pets are not allowed in pools under any circumstances. An additional fee will be charged to the leaseholder for the chemical balance, cleaning, or damage that would cause the replacement of a vinyl pool liner. Hot tubs are available year-round. Gas fireplaces are shut down from May 15 until September 15. This property provides a $250 credit toward beach gear delivered to your rental property. *Delivery fees may apply.* Offer only good for full weeks booked with check-ins beginning between May 22, 2026 and September 6, 2026.


All Outer Banks Blue vacation rentals include bed linens, with beds made prior to your arrival for convenience. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant, and 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per sink. Kitchens include drying towels. We also provide a starter supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, and toilet paper.
