*NOTE: RVs, campers, trailers, golf carts, boats, and 4-wheelers are NOT permitted at this property. Violations will be towed & result in a fine.

Community Extras: Beach Cabana with Showers and Restrooms, Kiddie Pool, Oceanfront Pergolas and a Lighted Oceanfront Walkway, Olympic-sized Community Pool, and Community Tennis. Rental golf carts are prohibited and subject to removal at the renter's expense.


Additional Amenity Details: Private Pools are open starting the first weekend in May through the second weekend in October. Pool heat is an available option at this property, for a fee of $400 plus tax. Hot tubs are available year-round. The fireplace seen in the photos is non-functioning and not available for use. Community pools are open in-season only – exact dates must be confirmed by the property management company.


All Outer Banks Blue vacation rentals include bed linens, with beds made prior to your arrival for convenience. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant, and 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per sink. Kitchens include drying towels. We also provide a starter supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, and toilet paper.
